I woke up early this morning... The clouds had lifted...
They had been hiding the snow that had fallen during the cold dark night.
It looked amazing out the window from my warm bed...
So I had to jump up and take these photos...
And share them with you.
The early sun came out... It looked spectacular...
Clear... Crisp at 4 degrees... Still...
But it didn't last... The clouds came up the harbour...
Very black and threatening... More rain... More snow.
It's warmer inside...
I wonder if it will snow enough to close the road back to Christchurch...
Probably not...
